  2. Customer Support will provide an RMA Number that needs to get printed and put in the box and outside the box. You will also be provided a return label.
  3. Print the RMA Number that was emailed to you and attach to outside of the box and send to the below address (items must be received by FeatherSnap within 14 days of issuing the RMA):

We are unable to ship to PO Boxes for this sale. Any order that is placed to a PO Box will be canceled and refunded.
